George Boerger was born December 10, 1960 in Delaware, Ohio. He grew up in rural Union County Ohio working from an early age on the family dairy farm which had 60+ milking Holstein dairy cows. After graduating from The Ohio State University in 1983 George worked for 2 years as a field sales representative with the Dow Chemical Company. George then decided to obtain his law degree and graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1988.
Upon graduation from law school George went to work at the national law firm of Baker & Hostetler where he practiced law for the next 10 years before leaving to relocate with his family to Kingston, MA. In Massachusetts Attorney Boerger has established a general law practice in the South Shore community where he lives. His local law practice has provided him with the ability to continue with the practice of law and to actively participate in the lives of his own young family.
Attorney Boerger operates a general law practice in the areas of business law, estate planning and probate administration, real estate law, bankruptcy, divorce – family law and general litigation/personal injury. In Massachusetts he is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts State and Federal Court system including the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. He has appeared in Massachusetts Superior and District Court, the Massachusetts Court of Appeals, the Massachusetts Land Court and the Plymouth Probate Court. While in Ohio he regularly had cases before the Ohio Supreme Court.
